Privacy Policy

In order to assure all Users that www.multitesters.com provides an adequate protection level to the visitors as well as to provide the Users with information on the types of personal data collected by the website, the purpose of collecting and the use of cookies, we hereby present our Privacy Policy.


We provide privacy protection in accordance with the standards set out by the applicable laws including in particular the Act of 18 July 2002 on Electronic Services ([Polish Journal of Laws] Dz. U. 2002 No. 144, item 1204, as amended), the Act of 29 August 1997 on Personal Data Protection ([Polish Journal of Laws] Dz. U. 1997 No. 133, item 883, as amended), as well as the Act of 16 July 2004 - Telecommunications Law ([Polish Journal of Laws] Dz. U. 2004 No. 171, item 1800, as amended) as well as with the provisions of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.


1. The aims of the privacy policy and the use of cookies on the website.

1.1. This Privacy and Cookie Policy governs the methods for collecting, processing and using personal data provided by the Users of the website available at www.multitesters.com, hereinafter referred to as: “the Website.” The Policy was created and adopted by Multicontrol Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Warsaw, Poland (postal code: 02-823), at ul. Osmańska 12 Bud C1, telephone no.: 510 170 532, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court Lublin-Wschód in Lublin with its registered office in Świdnik, 4th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number: 0000366840, NIP no.: 5213583235, REGON no.: 14247248200000, acting as a Data Controller in accordance with the Act on Personal Data Protection, hereinafter referred to as the “Data Controller”.

1.2. The personal data entrusted by the User are processed to the extent necessary for the following purposes:

1.2.1. to carry out orders placed by the User for Products available through the Website, including entering into contact with the User to the extent required to execute the order,
1.2.2. to process the complaints submitted by the User,
1.2.3. to return funds in the event of withdrawal from the Agreement;
1.2.4. for statistical purposes;
1.2.5. to contact the User and answer the questions asked by the User;
by checking the option available before creating an account at the Website: “I hereby grant my consent to Multicontrol Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw 02-823, at ul. Osmańska 12 Bud C1, NIP: 521 358 32 35, telephone: +48 510 170 532, the owner of the Multitesters.com Online Store, to submit offers which constitute direct marketing by means of telecommunications end devices (e.g. computer, telephone), in particular by sending offers to the e-mail address or by means of a telephone number I have provided (consent pursuant to Article 172 of the Act of 16 July 2014 Telecommunications Law, Dz. U. 2004 No. 171, item 1800, as amended”). The data is provided voluntarily.”

1.3. We hereby inform the Users that the Website may contain references – links leading to services maintained by other data controllers. This Website’s Data Controller shall not be responsible for the privacy policy of these administrators, including their policy for cookie files. Therefore, we encourage the Users to read the privacy and cookie policies of those websites.


2. The scope of User data collected by this website, including personal data, data use, the User's rights. The data may be provided by the Website User in two manners: passively or actively.

Data collected passively includes information automatically stored by www.multitesters.com – it includes anonymous information regarding the User's visit time, IP address, URL, browser time (the so-called system logs), number of visits, device data / browser language, / operating system type. The data collected automatically shall be analysed for the purpose set out in items 1.2.1 to 5 using an external provider's web browser. The tool collects the data using the so-called cookie file and it does not provide any data that would make it possible to identify the individual User. Data collected in the manner described above are stored for 5 years following the date of the last login into the Service; they are stored only for the purpose of assisting the Service administration, enabling efficient functioning of the site and applying user-friendly solutions. We assure the Users that the information will not be disclosed to anyone other than authorised Website Administrators.

2.1. Data collected by the Website also includes data actively provided by the User.
2.1.1. In order to place an order, the User shall, without prior registration and logging in, have the right to complete the contact form by filling in the form, giving his name, surname, address / delivery address / e-mail address / phone number, company name. The User is also required to provide a login and a password, however the login must not contain the User’s name or surname. The data provided by the User in that manner shall be stored by the Website; the User is not required to provide the data again when placing another order. The data shall be processed for a period of up to 5 years or until the User raises an objection.
2.1.3. The Website enables its users to contact Customer Service using a contact form, telephone, e-mail or instant messenger. When contacting the Customer Service using one of the aforementioned methods, the User provides his/her name, e-mail address, phone number and company name. The data is used only and exclusively for the purposes specified in items 1.2.1-5 and shall be processed only for a total period of 5 years from the last contact via the form.
2.1.4. The Website enables the Users to subscribe to the newsletter by clicking on the “Subscribe to our newsletter” option. When subscribing to the newsletter, the user provides data such as: full name, e-mail address, telephone number, company name. The aforementioned data is used only to issue our bulletin or newsletter and shall be processed for a period of 5 years following the consent.
2.1.5. The User has the right to inspect the data processed by the Data Controller at any time, the right to have the data modified, rectified or removed. In order to exercise that right, the User shall send an e-mail to bok@multitesters.com, indicating the purpose in the title.
2.1.6. The User shall have the right to also request the Data Controller to delete the Customer Account. In order to exercise that right, the User shall send a contact form available in the Contact tab or issue a request to “bok@multitesters.com” Before account deletion, the User will be asked to provide login and password for verification.
2.1.7. The User shall have the right to resign from the newsletter or subscription at any time. The User shall exercise that right by sending an e-mail to bok@multitesters.com Before cancelling the newsletter or subscription, the User will be asked to provide login and password for verification.
2.1.8. Each user which has provided their personal data has the right to lodge a complaint to the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection in the event that he/she believes that their data is being processed in violation of the provisions of the Act of 29 August 1997 on Personal Data Protection (Dz. U. 1997 No. 133, item 883 as amended) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016).


3. Cookie files and their purpose

3.1. Each time the Website is used, it stores small files on the User’s end device, including in particular text files, which contain information allowing the storage of login details, last selected products, products in the User's basket (hereinafter: “Cookies”). Cookies also make it possible to collect statistical data referred to in item 1.2.2.

3.2. Cookies do not contain any data which would make it possible to identify the User, i.e. it is not possible to use the files to determine the User’s identity. The files used by the Website are not in any way malicious to the User and do not interfere with their software and/or settings.

3.3. By default, browsers typically save Cookies..
If the User does not agree to have the Cookies stored on their end devices, the User should change the settings in their browser. Preventing Cookies from being stored may consist in:
- not saving Cookies on the end device;
- informing the User each time a Cookie is stored on the end device;
- deleting the files each time after the Website was used.

In order to select the desired option for storing the Cookies, the User should refer to the manual for their browser and change the cookie management options, most commonly available in browser settings or in the “Help” tab. Each time a User shall have the right to also contact the Website by sending all questions and doubts, while the Website consultants shall provide all necessary information. The User should keep in mind, however, that in the event that Cookies are required for the Website to operate properly, limiting their use may result in reducing the usability of the website. Setting the browser in a way that enables it to store the Cookies and clicking the “I agree” button displayed on the screen after entering the Website shall mean that the User grants consent to saving the files on the end device.


4. Security

The User's personal data are stored in a database secured by adequate technical and organisational measures in order to protect the processed data in accordance with the requirements set out in the personal data protection laws, in particular in the Act of 18 July 2002 on Electronic Services (Dz. U. 2002 No. 144, item 1204 as amended), the Act of 29 August 1997 on Personal Data Protection (Dz.U. 1997 no. 133 item 883, as amended), as well as in the Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, in the Act of 16 July 2004 - Telecommunications Law (Dz. U. 2004 No. 171, item 1800, as amended), as well as the Ordinance of Minister of the Interior and Administration of 29 April 2004 on the documentation of the personal data processing and technological and organisational conditions which shall be met by devices and IT systems used for personal data processing (Dz. U. of 2004 No. 100, item 1024). The Website uses technologies and procedures of personal data protection ensuring the adequate level of protection of the Users’ data. The tools and measures applied in the Website include an SSL certificate. Access to the database is granted only to persons holding appropriate authorisations granted by the Data Controller. If the User has chosen the option of creating a Customer Account, then the User shall follow the instructions for setting up an adequately complex password and login in order to meet the security requirements. In particular, we recommend using a password consisting of a sequence of characters and digits and different character sizes. The password should be at least 8 characters long. After accessing the Website using a third party end device, the User should log out of the account and remove the browsing history.


5. Privacy policy amendments

Amendments to the privacy policy shall only be made in order to increase the standards of privacy policy protection or to adapt the policy to the applicable legal requirements. Each time the User will be informed about the amendment in a message displayed on the main page of the Website and in the information issued to the e-mail address, provided that the User has granted consent to be contacted in that manner.


6. Contact with the Data Controller and reporting any irregularities
