Shipping time

For standard orders, i.e. products available in stock, up to 10 pcs. (information displayed next to the product) the shipping time is 72 hours in cases of orders placed on business days. For non-standard orders - approx. 5 working days. Please note: Delivery time is subject to change. Our specialists will confirm the final delivery date.

If the Customer wishes to pay by bank transfer or credit card, the turnover time will be counted from the moment the Seller receives the payment on its bank account.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the selected payment method and the total weight of the order. The entire order is shipped in one shipment, the Customer covers the cost of a single shipment. Shipping prices are available after selecting a product in the “Basket” tab.

Poland - PLN 19.00 + PLN 5.00 COD shipping
Europe - PLN 99.00
World (outside Europe) - PLN 200.00

The cost of delivery will be added to the purchase invoice.

Delivery and tracking
All shipments are carried out by UPS. It is possible to select a different company. For this purpose, please contact the Multitesters Customer Service.
UPS courier shipments are carried out on weekdays. Additional fee for delivery on Saturday is PLN 49.00 (please note that the offer may not always be applicable as it depends on the courier's range, please ask our consultant if the offer applies to you).
Shipping confirmation will be issued via e-mail. The waybill as well as delivery tracking are available in the My Account panel.
