Description
3D Tester is an innovative idea for testing the correct operation of X-ray detectors used for detecting contamination and measuring the completeness of the product. In addition to detecting metal, glass, stone and rubber contamination, X-ray detectors run an advanced image analysis which allows them to examine the fat content of meat, measure the weight, shape, size and number of elements in each set, the contents of e.g. cream, arrangement of elements in a set. 3D testers are more precise with regards to detecting contaminants in your products. They also make it possible to run a precise and repeatable simulation of defects, including their numbers, weight, deficiencies and product dimensions.
3D testers are printed using PLA. The area for placing potential contaminants is to be designated by the Customer.
