Description
The Test BALL is designed to measure the performance of inductive metal detectors and FreeFall X-ray Detectors. The Test Ball can be used to inspect bulk products, such as: French fries, flour, sugar, rice or breakfast cereals. Validation of safety processes at the packaging stage makes it possible to ensure that only products free from any defects are positively classified. The ball type test piece can be colour-coded to enable quick identification of the tested contaminant. The test piece is available in two standard sizes: M and L, which match the most common screen densities used in transfer systems. The test piece is made of phenolic resin which provides high resistance to mechanical damage.
The Test BALL can be coded with the following colours: red - Fe, yellow - Non-Fe, blue - SS. Coding enables quick identification of the tested contamination. Each test piece receives a certificate confirming the chemical and physical properties of the material used as a contaminant.
