Non-standard cylinder
The CYLINDER M test piece is designed to measure the performance of metal detectors. The cylinder-shaped test piece can be used, for instance, in the fresh produce processing industry for products contained in boxes, cups and jars. The high quality of PMMA absorbs a minimum amount of radiation while remaining neutral for the detector, i.e. without affecting X-ray analysis. An additional advantage of the CYLINDER test piece is the fact that it is resistant to water and sustains large temperature ranges. Its shape makes it possible for the test piece to verify the correctness of detection in packaging containing the product, e.g. jarsiki.

Test Ball L | ø40 mm
The Test BALL is designed to measure the performance of inductive metal detectors and FreeFall X-ray Detectors. The Test Ball can be used to inspect bulk products, such as: French fries, flour, sugar, rice or breakfast cereals. Validation of safety processes at the packaging stage makes it possible to ensure that only products free from any defects are positively classified. The ball type test piece can be colour-coded to enable quick identification of the tested contaminant. The test piece is available in two standard sizes: M and L, which match the most common screen densities used in transfer systems. The test piece is made of phenolic resin which provides high resistance to mechanical damage.
